Studio Eleven Policies
Cancellation / No Shows / Lateness
I appreciate that at times appointments need to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances therefore I ask that you text me as soon as you are able (preferably at least 12 hours notice) to advise of the requirement to reschedule. Please ensure you allow extra time for travel to ensure you arrive on time for your appointment, as lateness may result in a reduced or cancelled appointment. Studio Eleven has a 12 hour no show / cancellation policy, so charges may apply. I trust you will understand.
